Our mission

Justice that works for everyone

The Supreme Court promises equal justice to every Indian. We build technology that brings that promise closer: law that is easier to find, understand and act on.

The rule of law

Four parts, one promise

Article 14 promises equality before the law. Article 39A promises equal justice and free legal aid. Both depend on four things working together.

  1. Equal before the law

The same law for every person, business and public official.

  2. Law that is clear and public

Laws and judgments anyone can find, read and understand.

  3. Independent courts

Judges free to decide without fear or favour.

  4. A remedy within reach

Timely justice that people can afford and actually use.

  5. The rule of law

The ground every fair, peaceful and prosperous society stands on.

Where we are going

The next generation of lawyers will work with better tools: courts that are easier to follow, justice that is easier to reach, and legal work that reaches more people than any one lawyer could alone.

Responsible AI

AI that does the work, people who check it

AI can widen access to justice, or weaken trust in it. A professional reviews what our tools prepare, and these principles decide the rest.

  1. 01

    We show our sources

Every answer points to the statute or judgment it rests on, so a person can check it.

  2. 02

    We explain how it works

We say what each feature can and cannot do, and where its answers come from.

  3. 03

    We guard against unfair bias

We test answers across courts, languages and the people they affect.

  4. 04

    We respect privacy

We ask only for what a task needs and tell you plainly what happens to it.

  5. 05

    We consider real-world impact

We ask who a feature helps, who it could harm, and build for the first.
